- On this the 14th day of August, 1945, came on to be considered by the Court the matter of
an lncre ase in salary for Sno. H. Le avell, County Clerk, and the deputies employed by him, as
provided. under Senate Bill ;/123, 49th Legisle lure, Regular Session, 1945. And it appearing to
the Court that the increase in salaries for the various county officers and their deputies as
contemplated by said Senate Bill X123 are just end reasonable and that such increase should be
allowed. Therefore, upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted it is ordered by
the Court that the said Jno. R. Leavell be and is hereby authorized to pay from the fees of hi
office the increased salary for his deputies as provided under Senate B111 //123 and further
that the said Tno. R. Ie eve ll, County Clerk b0 end is hereby euthorized after the payment of
