July 1, 1943 through Juna 30, 1945. And it appearing to the Cu art that such audit is necessary
and that se vet al bids have been submitted-by various aud8ors and auditing firms for said work.
Hnd it further appearing to the court that Howard-Pope d. Company had previously audited the
affairs of Kerr County Por vet io us periods in a satisfactory manner and Lhat the contract Por
