On this the 13th day of November, A: D. 1945, came on to be considered by the Court the
road way leading through Theodore Blanks property to the gate of Udo Letz propert, as a neigh-
borhood road, and upon thorough consideration by the court, It is hereby ordered, adjudged and
decreed that said road be designated as a neighborhood-road way.
