' visions of Senate Bill No, 5, Chapter 465, Passed at First Celled Session of the 44th Legis-
lature, prescribing compensation of District, County and precinct Officers, snd it appearing
to the Court that it is to the best interest of Kerr County and its officers that all oP the
District, County and precinct of fioera oP Kerr County be compensated on the fee basis for th•
year 1946.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and deoreed by the Court that all Distriot, County and
Preclnat Officers of Kerr County be oompensated Por their servic ea during the year 1946, on
a earned fee beaie, and until otherwise determined by this Court.
And the County Clerk shall forward a certified copy oP this order to the Comptroller of
