lature, prescribing compensation of District, County and preoin ct Off icera, and it appearing
to the Court that it is to the best interest of Kerr County and its officers that all of the
District, County and Precinct oP Pioera of Kerr County be compensated on the fee basis Por tD~
year 1946.
It Sa therefore ordered, adjudged and deoreed by the Court that all District, County and
Precin of Officers of Kerr County be compensated for their services during the year 1946, on
a earned fee basis, and until otherwise determined by this Court.
