No. 3251. ORDER FIXING 1946 SALARY FOR COUNTY JUDGE.
THis the 14th day oP Januayy, A. D. 1946, it is ordered and deoreed by the Court that the
salary of Tohn S, Atkins ea County Judge of Kerr County, Tezea, be and is hereby fixed at the
following amount Por the current year, 1945, as follows:
As County Judge the sum of X1320.00 per annum. Said salary of $1320.00 as such County
Judge be paid unto Tudge Atkins by the County Clerk out of the Road and Bridge Fund in equal
monthly installments of Q110.00 each, payable on or after the last day oP each calendar month
beginning January 31st, 1946.

the County Clerk of Kerr County be and is hereby fixed at an aggregate sum oP $2200.00 Por the
ourrent year, 1946, provided by the 1945-1946 budget, ea follows: X1850.06 per annum as Count
Clerk, $250.00 per annum for keeping the finance ledger and X100,00 per annum for indexing.
Said salary shall be paid out oP th ral Fund in monthly installments of $183.33 eaoh
