No. 3251. ORDER FIXING 1946 SALARY FOR COUNTY JUDGE.
This the 14th day oP January, A. D. 1946, it is ordered and deoreed by the Court that the
salary oP John S, Atkins sa County Judge oP Kerr County, Tezae, be and is hereby Pized at the
following amount Por the current year, 1945, as follows:
As County Judge the sum of $1320.00 per annum. Said salary oP $1320.00 as such County
Judge be paid unto Judge Atkins by the County Clerk out oP the Road and Bridge Fund in equal
monthly installments of 4k110.00 each, payable on or after the last day of eaah calendar month
beginning January 31st, 1946.

This the 14th day of January, 1946, it is ordered by the Court that the nnnunl salary oP
the County Clerk of Kerr County be and is hereby fixed at an aggregate sum of $2200.00 for the
ourrent year, 1946, provided by the 1945-1946 budget, ea follows: $1850.00 per annum as Count,
Clerk, $250.00 per annum for keeping the finance ledger end $100,00 per annum for indezing.
