according to said report to a Pee of $63.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is
correct, same beand is hereby approved, and the County Clerk and County Treasurer see there-
fore authorized and directed to pay unto Justice Bennett the said sum oP $63.00 as follows:

No. 3251. ORDER FIXING 1946 SALARY FOR COUNTY JUDGE.
Tri1s the 14th day of January, A. D. 1946, it is ordered and decreed by the Court that the
salary of John S. Atkins as County Judge of Kerr County, Tezae, be and is hereby fiaed at the
following amount for the current year, 1945, as follows:
Aa County Judge the sum oP X1320.00 per annum. Said salary oP $1320.00 as such County
Judge be paid unto Judge pt kips by the County Clerk out of the Road aad Bridge Fund in equal
mthly installments oP X110.00 each, payable on or after the last day of eaoh calendar month
beginning Sanuary 31st, 1946.
