1946, and the sum of $1200.00 per annum be and is hereby ap proprlated and set aside out of the
Road &. Bridge Fund of Kerr County for the purpose of paying the County's portion of ouch County
pgent~a Salary, monthly, for the period beginning January 1st, 1946 and same shall be paid by
the County Clerk unto said Agent in equal monthly installments of $100.00 each payable on or
