pn this 11th day of Narch, 1946, came on Lo be considered by the Court the matter of the
_v rchase oY 20.02 acres oP laud Prum Alfred Ellebrncht, J. F. Duderstn dt, ffirs, Juh[utie Belle
Duderstadt h;artin and Mrs. F. E. Duderstadt, for right-of-way purposes for the relocation of
St ate Highways Nos. 27 and 41, near N;ountain Home, and it appearing to the Court that at the
intersection of said ITighwa ys P1°s. 27 and 41 that. there would he e triangle of land belonging
to said parties, containing 2.1 acres of land. Said lend lying between said Iiighwa ys No. 27
I~nnd 41 as relocated and being entirely cut off Prom all other property owned by said parties,
and It further api: caring to the Court that said parties ere willing to convey to the State of
Texas said 20.02 acres of land for right-of-way purposes for the relocation of said Ilighwa ys
rros. 27 end 41, and are also willing to sell to Kerr County said 2,1 acre tract, all for a to
consideration ~2650.GG, and, It further ap}earing to the Court that it would be to the advent
of Kerr County to purchase the said 2.1 acre tract for said suru.
Therefore upon motion duly made, seconded, and unanimously adopted, it is ordered that
Kerr County purchase from said parties said 20.02 acres oP land for Fight-of-way purposes for
the State of Texas and 2.1 acre tract for Kerr County for the total cons id erati or, of X2650.00
to ba paid out oP the Road and Bridp:e Fund of Kerr County to the said parties as follows, towit:
to Alfred E1lebracht and wife, :32153.14; to J. P. Duderstadt, wl F,5 .62;to *_s s, Johnnie Belle

hereby authorized and directed to deliver to said parties vouchers fcr their respective anwunt
drawn against the Rosd and Bridge Fund of Kerr County, upon the execution and delivery by said
parties of their proper deeds of conveyance, conveying said 20.02 acres oY land to the State o
Texas Yor right-of-way purposes and said 2.1 acres of land to Kerr County.
