of B. R. Schulz oP Kerr vil la, ltierr County, Texas, asking the Court to ant er its order closing
the following ˘esc ri bed portions of certain streets in "1Je st land Place Ad di tlon to Kerrville,
Texas, to-wit:
First: That part of Ruth Street between Dloc ks Noe. 38 and 37, fl dis tanCe of 535 Peet.
Second: That part of Josephine Street between Blocks Nos. 37 and 36, a distance of 535 f
Third: That part of G411ton Street between Blocks Nos. 36 and 35, a die t~ nee of 535 feet.
