It appearing to the Court, that the State Health Department of Texas is willing to loan '
to Kerr County for this purpose a duly qualified 6ani to ry Engineer, at a salary of $300.00
a month for the three months period; and, it further appearing to the Court tint the various
camf,s of Karr County were ready and willing to contribute one-half of said salary for the thri
mon the period and it further appearing to the Court that the employment of ea id Sanitary Eng,i~
is necessary and would be of material advantage to the entire citizenship of Kerr County.
WHEREUPON MOTION duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted, it is ordered that the pr o~
position of said oamps be aeoep to d, with the understanding that said camps are to pay into the
County Treasury of Kerr County, Texas, the sum of $450.00, pepresen tang their one-half of the
salary fi be paid said Engineer for a period of three months and Lhat upon the payment of said
$450.00 into the County Treasury of Kerr County, then and in that event, the County Clerk is
directed and Guth orized to pay to said Engineer the sum of $300.00 per month, out of the Gener 1
Fund of Kerr County, to be paid in equal monthly insta llmen to of $300.00 each on the 12th day
of July, August and September. In the event any of said camps should for any reason fail or
refuse to pay their pro-rata share of said salary ex penes, then and 7n that event the Lein of
employment of said Sanl terry Engineer shall be lessenefl or decreased in proportion to vh ich thi
amount in default beers Lo the total of $450.00 for the three months period.

District No. 3 of this County, as estab li ah ed by order of County Board of Trustees of Kerr

the din ut es of said Board of County Trustees of Kerr County, Texas, to determine whether or
not the School Tax heretofore voted in said District for Lhe pur po ere of aupplamenting the
