came on for cone id er ation of the adoption of the County Budget es prepared by the County Judge
and County Clerk and f11 ed with the Cou3lty Clerk for public insper.t ion. Proper notices having
been given on the 12th day of August, A. D. 1940, by the County Judi by the posting of a copy
oP said notice at the Court House door in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a copy of which notice

sideration of said County Budget by the Court, upon mot lon made, seconded and unanimously ado
