This the 17th dqy of August, A. -. 1946, the Commiss inners' Court of Kerr County, Teaas,
came on for consideration of the adoption of the County Budget as prepared by the County Judge
and County Clerk and filed with the County Clerk for public inspection. Proper notices having
been given on the 12th day of August, A. D. 1940, by the County Judi by the posting of a copy
of said notice at the Court House door in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a copy of which notice
being attached to said budget.
No interested tax-payers apps ar ing before the Court, after thorough examination end con-
sideration of said County Budget by the Court, upon mot lon made, seconded and unanimously ado
said County Budget for 1947 as heretofore complied by the County Judge and Cooupty Clerk, and
tentatively approved by the Court at its lest Hegu lar Ses si m , be end is hereby approved and
adopted by the Court.
