of Kerrville whet eby there wee an election to be held on April 5th, 1941 in Kerr County as a

in bonds, for the purpose of puraha singe site Por an air port, X20,000.00 in bonds to be issues

County -relinquish to the City of Kerrville any and all right to participation in the operation,
upkeep and control of said Kerrville Muni.aipal dirport, with the uffiera tend ing that the City
