and it appearing to the Court that there was an agreement between Rerr County and the City
of Kerrville whet eby there wee en election to be held on April 5th, 1941 in Kerr County as e
whole, and in the City of Ker rvilie for the purp osa of auth orizing the issuance oP X40 ,000.00
in bonds, for the purpose of puroha singe site Por en air port, 20,000.00 in bonds to be issued
by Kerr County eai X20,000.00 in bonds by the City of Kerrville, and Lhat said Barr County and
the City of 3errville were to act ~o fatly in the ec quis itlon of said site Por said airport and
were to a]so to act loin tly in securing an appropr ieti on from Tne Civil deroneuties cuthor ity
Por the construction of said airport,ytvith the further agreement that when said site had been
.. acquired and all construction bed been completed by the Civil aer one uti os Authority, then and
in that event Kerr Coutty was to relinquish to Lhe CSty of Kerrville, the complete manag anent
~ end control of said airport and that the City oP Kerrville was to assume the Pull responsibilit ,
financial end otherwise for the propor management, upkeep and control of said airport without
any recourse or demand of any nature whatsoever ega inst Kerr County for the ~renagement, upkeep
and o~zi trol of said airport,
and it further elpear ing to the Court that ell of said construction, inc lud inB the light-
i[g of the runways, has long since been completed by the Civil Aeronautics Authority and that
' the City oP Kerrville has had and assumed the full ma nagament end control of said airport sine e
its completim without any formal relinquishment of authority from Kerr Court y,
.+nd it for they aFp acting to the Court that it would be materially edven tageous to Kerr
County and its' citizenship es a whole for Kerr County to be relieved of any and all Further
responsibility in connection with the operation, upkeep or menagem ant of se id airport,
iYHEREUPON, by motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopet ad, it is ordered that ?{err
County relinquish to the City of Kerrville any and sll right to par ticipation 1n the operation,
