No. 1, of Kerr County, Texas, and requested that same take effect immediately and that his re-
signetion be accepted. And after due cansid eration, said res fig net ion was accepted by the
Court, and said off ice of Justice of the Peace, Yr ecinet No. 1, of Kerr County is hereby decla
vacant, and Virgil Storms, well known end capable citizen of said County, end a proper person
according to law to serve, is hereby appointed to fill the unexpired term of that so vacated
by said Bob Bennett, and Virgil Storms being qualified and desirous to serve out the unexpired
term of said office, be and is hereby appointed by the Court to flll the unexpired term of the

contract or bond of Chas. Schxe finer Bank, Unin oo rpor ated, of Kerrville, Taxes, pledging unto
Kerr County Two (2) Kerr Coľnty, Texas, 5~ Road Bonds Series oP 1931, Bonds Nos. 238 and 239,
dated February 10th, 1931, due Februsry 10th, 1961, to secure e ll of the trust funds belonging
to the County and District Cier ks of Kerr County for the next two years, and it appearing to
the Court that said security is geod and suf Pic fie nt and that such contract and bond are in pro
