WHEREAS, on the 10th daq of February, A, D. 1947, the Chsa. Schreiner Sank, Unincorpora tee
of Rer rville, Teaes, was chosen by the Court to act as County Depository of $arr Couaty for the
nett two years and without payment of interest on daily bel enc ea end without service charge
to $arr County, Te sea, and with the understanding that any unneeeasary bookkeeping aoM as beiry
rendered Dy depository may be agreed upon between Commissioner's Court and Depository is to be
