On this the 16th day of Jul q, A. D. 1947, came on to be conaldered the le at three day
inquiry by the board of equellzatio n, with the tax payers whose eases smen to were under -a as ee
and the equalizing of the easessment of the property where no tea payer appeared, end 1t
appearing to the Court that all the taz assessments 1n question have been equalized and are
now satisfaotor y, with the exception of about twenty (20} assessments, where the property
owners have not Deen properly notified, and the County Clerk Sa hereby directed to notify
the remaining tax payers to appear August 11th, 1947, and that such notices be given within
10 Pull days from the date of appearance.
