matter of an audit of the financial affairs and transactions of Rerr County for a two year
period Prom July 1st, 1945 through June 30, 1947. pnd it appearing to the Court that such
audit is necessary and that Howard-Pope & Company had previously audited the affairs of %err
County for various perlo ds in a satisfactory manner end that they are willing to audit such
period et a price last contracted for two year term, 1943 to 1945, and that such audit is teas
able, and that same should be awarded to se id Howard-pope & Compe ny.
Therefore, upon motion duly made, seconded and unen imously adopted it is ordered that
Howard-Pope and Company's proposition be end is hereby accepted and that upon the fulfillment
of their contract and the acceptance of same by the court that the County Clerk of Kerr County
be and is hereby authorized and directed to pay to Howard-Pope & Company the sum of ri775.OL

Moore, end the bid of Peterson Garage & Auto Company, for one 1947 Chevrolet 4-door Sedan,
Fleetline, et a port hese price of $1597.50, less Fe derel Excise Tax, end one per cent State
Tex, plus en additional X25.50 Por seat covers, And it appearing to the Court that such purcht
is necessary, end the auto is availahle at the present time.
