matter of an audit of the financial affairs and trensa et ions of Kerr County for a two year
period Prom July 1st, 1945 through June 30, 1947. And St ap Peering to the Court that such
audit is necessary end that Howard-Pope & Company had previously audited the affairs of Berr
County for various periods in a satisfactory manner and that they ere willing to audit such
period at a price last eontr act ed for two year term, 1943 to 1945, and that such audit is reasd
able, and that same should be awarded to said Howard-Pope & Company. I

Therefore, upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted it ie ordered Lhat
Howard-Pope and Company's proposition be and is hereby accepted and Lhat upon the fulfillment
of their contract end the acceptance of same by Lhe court that the County Clerk of Kerr County,
be and is hereby authorized and directed to pay to Howard-Pope & Company Lhe sum of 4775.0(.
out of the General Fund of Lhe County for the payment of said work.
