at a price of $168.00, and the cost of fence at $150.00 and the coat of one cattleg ue rd at
$75.00, end it appearing to the court that said claim is fair and ,just, IL is therefore orderE
by the Court that the County Clerk drew voucher against the County Treasurer in the amount of
$395.00 payaole to the said John L. Phillips oa the R k B Fund ~f4 of Rerr County, for the
cost of the 8.4 acre right of way strip ahd the reimbursement of the fencing and one cattle-
guard.
