Texas end New Orleans Railroad Company, and Kerr County, as Lessee, and it appearing Lo the
Court that said Lease is in due form end consideration end that the County Judge is hereby
authorized to sign same Por Kerr County, and that said Lease ®greement is for the purpose of
leasing the track which is owned by the Texas and New Orleans Railroad Company to permit said
Karr County the use of said track during their pleasure, for the consideration of $1.00 paid
by the Lessee to the Lessor and to the Railroad Company.
