authorized Lo sign same for Kerr County, end that said Lease ggreement is for the purpose of
leasing the track which is owned by the Texas end New Orleens Railroad Company to permit said
Kerr County the use of said track during their pleasure, for the consideration oP $1.00 paid
by the Lessee to the Lessor end to the Railroad Company.
