the Leese agreement by and betty esn PJ. C. Fawcett, Hal Peterson, C. V. Peterson as Lessor, and
Texas end New Orleans Railroad Company, end Kerr County, as Lessee, and it appearing to the
Court th et said Lease is in due form and consideration and that the County Judge is hereby
authorized to sign same for Kerr County, and that se id Leese agreement is for the purpose of
leasing the track which is owned by the Texas and New Orleans Railroad Company to permit said
Kerr County the use of said track during their pleasure, for the consideration of $1.00 paid
by the Lessee to the Lessor and to the Railroad Company.
