the Lease agreement by and between P!. C. Fawcett, Hal Peterson, C. V. Peterson as Lessor, end
Texas end New Orleans Railroad Company, and Kerr County, as Lessee, and it appearing to the
Court that said Lease is in due Porm and consideration and that the County Judge is hereby
a uthorized to sign same for Kerr County, and that said Lease ggreement is for the purpose of
leasing the track which is owned by the Te ass and New Orleans Railroad Company to permit said
Kerr County the use of said track during their pleasure, for the consideration of $1.00 paid
the Lessee to the Lessor and to the Railroad Company.
