Court that said Lease is in due form and consid eratlon and that the County Judge is hereby
a uthorized to sign same for Kerr County, and that said Leese agreement is for the purpose of
leasing the track which is owned by the Teaes and New Orleans Railroad Company to permit ssid
Kerr County the use of said track during their pleasure, for the consideration of $1.00 paid
the Lessee to the Lessor and to the Railroad Company.
