On this the 10th day of August, A. D. 1948, came on to be considered the agreement betwe
the County of Kerr end the Texas Highway Department for the erection of 5 cattle guards throng
the lands of Jake L. Smith, Joe W. Smith end Jim Smith in lieu of fencing along F. t,:. #479, to
which said erection of cattle guards amounts to the sum of Three Thousand, Eight Hundred and
Fifty and no,1100 Dollars 03,850.00), for which Kerr County is to pay said sum for the cattle
guards. Said agreement hev ing been heard and fully cons iderad by the Court it. is therefore
ordered by the Court that Kerr County pay to the State Treasurer Account oP 'Pr ust Fund No. 183
the sum of $3,850.00 out of Road end Bridge Fund No. 4 for cattle guards in lieu of feneSng
the Right of ~d7ay along F. M. f~479.

N0. 3725. COUNTY CLERK ORDERED TO DRAW VOUCHERS ON ROAD AND BRIDGE N0. 4.
On this the 10th day of August, A. D. 1948, came on to be heard the application of Teke
L. Smith, Joe W. Smith and Jim Smith, against Kerr County for payment of right of way in lieu
of fencing for F. Il.. //479, over end along their property for proposed F. M. //479, end the Cou
having duly considered the application is of the opinion that Jake L. Smith should be awarded
the sum of X1,000.00 for said right of way in lieu of fencing ˘nd Joe W. Smith and Jim Smith
the sum of $500.00 each for said right of wqy in lieu of fencing, said sums to be paid out of
Road & Bridge No. 4 Fund.

respect, and same be and is hereby approved in open Cour t,~ell as is shown by the Certificate
oP Approval signed by the Court and attached thereto, end the County Clerk shall record said
