On this the 10th day of August, p, D. 1948, came on to be considered the agreement betwee
the County of Kerr and the Texas Highway Department for the erection of 5 cattle guards through '
the lends of Jeke L. Smith, Joe W. Smith and Jim Smith in lieu of fencing along F. h. f/479, to
which said erection oP cattle guards amounts to the sum of Three Thousand, Eight Hundred and
Fifty end no{100 Dollars 03,850.00), for which Kerr County is to pay said sum for the cattle
g uerds. Said agreement having been heard and fully considered by the Court it is therefore
ordered by the Court that Kerr County pay to the State Treasurer Account of 'Frost Fund loo. 183,
the sum of $3,850.00 out oP Road end Bridge Fund No. 4 for cattle guards in lieu of fencing
the Right of 77ay along F. M. j~479.

N0. 3725. COUNTY CLERK ORDERED TO DRAW VOUCHERS ON ROAD AND BRIDGE N0, 4.
On this the 10th day oP August, A. D. 1948, came on to be heard the application of Jeke
L. Smith, Joe 'dJ. Smith end Jim Smith, against Kerr County for payment of right of way in lieu
of fencing for F. h:. //479, over and along their property for proposed F. M. #479, end the Cou
having duly considered the application is of the opinion that Jake L. Smith should be awarded
the sum of $1,000.00 for said right oP way in lieu of fencing and Joe W. Smith and Jim Smith
the sum of $500.00 each for said right of wqy in lieu of fencing, said sums to be paid out of
Road & Bridge No. 4 Fund.

of Ap prov el signed by the Court and attached thereto, end the County Clerk shall record said
report in the loose-leaf record in his oi'fice and file such cancelled warrants, checks, bonds
