On this the 10th day oP AuP.ust, A. D. 1948, came on to be considered the agreement betwee
Lhe County of Kerr and the Taxes Highwey Department for the erection oP 5 cattle guards through '
the lends of Jeke L. Smith, Joe W. Smith and Jim Smith in lieu of fencing along F. N,. f/479, to
which said erection of cattle guards amounts to the sum oP Three Thousand, Eight Hundred and
Fifty and no{100 Dollars 03,850.00), for which Kerr County is to pay said sum for the cattle
guards. Said agreement having been heard and fully considered by the Court it 1s therefore
ordered by the Court that Kerr County pay to the State Treasurer Account of 'pr ust Fund No. 183,
the sum of X3,850.00 out of Road end Bridge Fund No. 4 Por cattle guards in lieu of fencing

On this the 10th day of August, A. D. 1948, came on to be heard the application of Jake
L. Smith, Soe 'vJ. Smi.Lh end Jim Smith, against Kerr County for payment of right of way in lieu
of Yeneing for F. h:. J/479, over end along their property Por proposed F. M. f~479, and the Cou
having duly cunsid ered the application is of the opinion that Sake L. Smith should be awarded
the sum of $1,000.00 for said right of way in lieu of fencing and Joe W. Smith and Jim Smith
the sum of 500.00 each for Bald right of wqy in lieu oP fencing, said sums to be paid out of
Road & Br13ge No. 4 Fund.

This the 10th day of August, A. D. 1948, came on to be exeminefl and audited by the Court
the quarterly report of E. Gold, County Treasurer, covering the receipts and disbursements of
gerr County for quarter ending July 31st, 1948, and it appearing to the Court after careful
end thorough examinet ion end inspection oP said report together with the cancelled warrants,
checks, bonds and coupons accompanying same, that said report is true end correct, in every
respect, end same be end is hereby epprov ed in open Court, ell as is shown by the Certificate
of Ap grovel signed by the Court end attached thereto, end the County Clerk shall record said
report in the loose-leaf record in his office and file such cancelled warrants, checks, bonds
and coupons in his office for safe-keep ing end future reference.
