N0. 3724. AGREEMENT BETWEEN KERR COUNTY AND TEXAS HICAI'dAY DEPgRTTD;NT. ~ST
On this the 10th day of August, A. D. 1948, came on to be considered the agreement betwee
the County of Kerr end the Texas Highway Dap ertment for the erection of 5 cattle guards through
the lands of Jake L. Smith, Joe Vd. Smith and Jim Smith in lieu of fencing along F. id. #479, to
which said erection of cattle guards amounts to the sum of Three Thousand, Eight Hundred end
Fi Pty and no,1100 Dollars 03,850.00), for which Kerr County is to pay said sum for the cattle
g uerds. Said agreement having been heard end fully cons iderad by the Court it is therefore
ordered by the Court that Kerr County pay to the State Treasurer Account of 'Pr ust Fund i~o. 1a3,
the sum of $3,850.00 out of Ro ed and Bridge Fund No. 4 for cattle guards in lieu of fencing
the Right of 7Jay along F. M. X479.

N0. 3725. COUNTY CLERg ORDERED TO DRAW VOUCHERS ON ROAD AND BRIDGE N0, 4.
On this the 10th day of August, A. D. 1948, came oa to be heard the application of Take
L. Smith, Toe W. Smith and Sim Smith, against ge rr County for payment oP right of way 1n lieu
of fencing for F. Iv".. /{479, over and along their property for proposed F. M. //479, and the Court
having duly considered the eppl ication is of the opinion that Jake L. Smith should be awarded
the sum of $1 ,OOO.OC for said right of way in lieu oP fencing and Joe W. Smith end Sim Smith
the sum of ffi500.00 each for said right of wqy in lieu of fencing, said sums to be paid out of
Road & Bridge No. 4 Fund.
