On this the 18th day of October, A. D. 1948, came on to be heard the application of Loy
5. Estes and the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, in regards to Loy S. Estee deeding
over to Rerr County a Right of Wey being 4C Peet wide for road purposes, and being part of
Survey No• 656, John S. Billings, for which said Loy S. Estes is to be paid the sum of X20.00
in payment of as id land so deeded. And it appearing to the Court that sold right of way is
needed by said County for road purposes. It 1s therefore ordered by Lhe Court that the said
Roy S. Estes and wife ex acute e putt Clelm Deed for said 40 foot right of way and upon comple-
tion of same the County Clerk is authorized to draw voucher on the County Treasurer for the
sum of $20C.00 in payment of said land, payable out of Road end Bridge No. 4 Fund.
