affairs of %err County and the account of all of the County Officials Por the period beginni
July let, 1947 end ending December 31st, 1948, for the sum of $675.00; And it appeeringr
to the Court-that the said Howard-pope and Company have ooapleted their work from July 1st,
1947 through the month of OoLODer, 1948, end that it will be more feasible and practical tot

of the payment of 50.00 as a part of the revkard of X250.00, to be paid to the officer arre~t-
ing the persons who burglarized the 0. P. Couch Gun Shop and seriously wounded Police OfPlcer
~, Grady Martin: And it appearing to the Court that each persona have been arrested. and con-
vi ctad is the District Court for these offenses and are now confined in the State Penitentiary
and it further eppearing to the Court that the total regard of $250.00 has been paid by the
$111 Country Peace Officers Association to the Police Officer of the City of San Antonio, who
made the arrest. Therefore, upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted, it is
ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that County Treasurer of Kerr County be, and is
hereby authorized and directed to deliver to the Hill Country Peace Officers Aaeo ciati on a
check in the sum of $50.00, drawn against the General Fund of Kerr County, as payment oP Kerr
i County's share of said reward.
