No. 3984 ORDE$ AUTRORIZING THE PAYMENT OF $50.00 TO HILL COUNTRY
PEACE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION.
On this the 13th day of Da camber, 1948, came on to be coast dared by the Court the matter
of the payment of $50.00 as a part of the reggard of $250.00, to be paid to the officer arrest-
ing the persons who burglarized the 0. P. Couch Gun Shop and seriously wounded Police Officer
Grady Martin: And it appearing to the Court that such persona have been arrested. and con-
victed in the District Court for these offenses and are now confined is the State Penitentiary
and it further appearing to the Court that the total regard of $250.00 has been paid by the
Hill Country Peace Officers Association to the Folice Officer of the City of San Antonio, who
made the arrest. Therefore, upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimous Sy adopted, it is ~

ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that County Treaa urer of Kerr County be, and is
hereby authorized and directed to deliver to the Rill Country Peace Officers Ae so station a
check is the sum of $50.00, drawn against the General Fund of Kerr County, as payment of Berr
County's share of said reward.
