P. Couch Gun Shop and seriously wounded Police Officer Grady Martin: And it appearing to the Court that such persona have been arrested. and con- victed in the District Court for these offenses and are now confined is the State Penitentiary and it further appearing to the Court that the total regard of $250.00 has been paid by the Hill Country Peace Officers Association to the Folice Officer of the City of San Antonio, who made the arrest.
