PEACE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION.
On this the 13th day of December, 1948, came on to be cos ai dared by the Court the matter
of the payment of X50.00 as a part of the regard of X250.00, to be paid to the of Pi car arrest-
ing the persons who burglarized the 0. P. Couch Gun Shop and seriously wounded Police Officer
Grady Martin: And it appearing to the Court that such persona have been arrested. sad con-
victed in the District Court for these offenses and are now confined in the State Penitentiary
and it further appearing to the Court that the total regard of X250.00 has been paid by the
Hill Country Peace Officers Association to the Police Officer of the City oP San Ant oaio, who
made the arrest. Therefore, upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted, it is ~•

ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that County Treae urer of Kerr County be, and is
hereby authorized sad directed to deliver to the Hill Country Peace Officers Asso ciatlon e
check in the sum of $50.00, drawn against the General Fund oP Kerr County, as payment oP Kerr
