the overdraft in the sum of *y33 ,221.36 exist irg in Commissioners' precinct No. 4, Road and
Bridge Funds; And it appearing to the Court that X10 ,961.37 of the amount of said overdraft
~ represented Yunds expended by said Commissioner's precinct No. 4 for the erection of fences on
U. S. Highway No. -83 in Kerr County, which had prav ioucly been agreed to be paid out of the
General Road and Bridge Fund.

ed end decreed that the County Clerk of Kerr County be end is hereby authorized and directed to
