THE COUNTY OF KERR: February 16th, 1949.
Thia the 16th dsy of February. A, D. 1`-49, came on to be
considered that County pepoaitory Pledge Contrast dated the 10th
day of February, 1947, pledging Twenty X10,000.00 U. S. Treasury
Bonds z~ of 1950/52; dated 4/15/43; due 9-15-52, Nos. 4581 to
4600 inclusive, in the aggregate of ~200,000,UO, pledged by Chsa.
Schreiner Bank, Unino., and are on deposit with the National Hank
of Commerce of ,3an Antonio, Teaas, and which pled~~e contract was
approved at the regular February Term, 1947 by the Commiasionera~
Court, has matured and the said Chas. vohreiner Bank, Unino. is de-
sirous of having said above mentioned bonds released from said
pledge eontraot.,

THEREFORE, Upon Motion duly Made by Henry Eckstein, seconded
by 'N. H. Furr, and unanimously ordered, adjudged and decreed by the
Court, that the Chas. 3ohreiner Bank, IIninc, be and is hereby auth-
orized to withdraw said Twenty X10,000,00 U,S,Treasury Bonds 2yb
of 1950/52, dated 4-15-43, due 9-15-52, Nos. 4581 to 4600 inclusive,
in the aggregate oP X200,000.00, being the County Depository }ledge
Contract as api-roved by the Commisaioners~ Court on Lhe 10th day of
February, 1847, and held by the National Bank of Commerce of San
Antonio, Texaa;
