Hr 13ge Funds; and it appearing to the Court that $10,961.37 of the amount of said overdraft
~ represented funds expanded by said Commisa ion er's precinct No. 4 for the erection of fences on
U. S. Highway No.~83 in Kerr County, which had prav lously been agreed to be paid out of the
General Roed end Bridge Fund.
Theeefore, upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted, it is ordered, ad~~ud
