of an allowance to Sheriff, Earl Garrett, for deputy hire in Commission ers~ preb inata No. 1,
2, and 3 of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the Sheriff is entitled to such
allowance for the purpose of hiring such deputy, by motion duly made by Henry Eckstein,
aeoonded by Chea. H. Molter, and unanimously adopted by the Court, 1t is therefore, ordered
end deoreed by the Court, that the County Clerk drew voucher on the County,. Tr sea urer 1n the
amount of $1800.00. par annum for the current year, payable direot to George Oliver yoore,
out of the General Fug of Kerr County, in equal monthly Snat ailments of =150.00 eaoh, on or
after the lest day of eaoh month beginning January 31st.
