165, B. 9. & F., Survey No. 1645, B. E, & W, T. R. R. Co., end Sur veq No. 1644, Adem Wilson,
wherein said proposed pipe line will Dross but one roadway, and that of H. WSlsona' property.
It appearing to the Court that such appllaetlon should be approved, eo long ae iL does not

Therefore, by motion duly made by Furr, seooaded by Eoketein, and unanimously approved
by the Court, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that Atlantic pipe Line Company be and is
hereby author lzed to lay the 10+ Crane-Befog to pipe Line aorosa the Southwest part of Kerr
County, so long es it will sot interfer with any working aondiL ions along say roadway.

request of Virgil V. pa rsona, City-County Sanitarian, for traveling eapenae,mile age and use
of this automobile while performing his dot Sea as Sanlterlan of Kerr Coua ty. It appearing to
the Court that such request Sa reasonable and ,just, and that same should be allowed.
Therefore, by motion dulp made by Eakataia, seconded by Furr, and unanimously approved
~ by the Court, it Sa hereby ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court, that the sum of ;25.00
per month be reimbursed to Virgil V. Pa raons, end the County Clerk is direoted to draw voucher
age Shat the County Treasurer of Kerr County in said amount, payable on the last of each month
beginning February 28th, 1949, and eaoh month thereafter on the General Fund of gerr County,
