Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, aeconded by Molter, end unanimously approved
by the Court, be and it is hereby ordered that all insurance ngepolea now holding policies of
inauran~e be notified to calcalute, whether a saving may be had by renewing the old polioiee,
and that if in such discretion a saving may be had, that all polioi ea be increased to siaty-
five thousand dollars.

general election on November 2nd, 1948 amending Section 61 of Article 16 of the State Co neti to

be planed on a regular salary beginning den ua ry let, 1949. It appearing to the Court that it i
