of Kerr County, for a reimbursement of labor performed on the Courthouse lawn, removal, of shrub
:'and tree rubbish therefrom. It Ss further ordered, ed~udged and deoraed by the Court that the
pro rate part of $163.00 now being due Kerr County by Lhe Garden Club of the City of Kerrville,
be deolared an eapense of Kerr County and that the Carden Club be not liable therefor, and that
the County Judge be and is hereby authorized and direoted to write a letter to the club for the
