end C. W. Henley, of Kerrville, Kerr County, Taxes, for the approval of a plat, field notes and
dedi oa tion of an Addition to be known as Oak H111 2nd .add ition, a subdivision of Burv ay No. 117
John C. Hays, loc et ed in Kerr County, Texas, and which said Oek Hill 2nd Addition is fully des-
cribed in the plat end field notes fully set forth in the ep pl icat ion filed herein on the 14th
day of Me rcb, 1949, to which reference is here Wade, said addition is to be Known as Lhe Oak
Hill 2nd Addition and T, W. Hill and C. W. Henley, es Developers.

This the 14th day of March, A. D. 1949, by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Furr,
and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Traeaursr ba and.Sa,hereby authorized ear
directed to transfer the sum of f483 .00 from the Cene rel Fund to Road & Bridge, Precinct No. 1
of Kerr County, for a reimbursement of labor performed on the Courthouse lawn, removal of shrub
Fend tree rubbish therefrom. It is further ordered, adiudged and decreed by the Court that the
pro rate part of X163.00 now being due Karr County by the Garden Club of the City of Kerrville,
be desisted as eapense of Kerr County end that the Garden Club be not liable thereYor, and that
Lhe County Judge be and is hereby cut hor Szad and directed to write a letter to the club for the
