Lyle T. Doyle at .O6 cents per square foot to clean end apply ell new surface to the roof of
the Courthouse and repair to Pull satisfaction without any charge for a period oP ten years;
and the bid of Lee S. Fda to rehabilitate the roof for a ten year guaranty by applying 100 gals

Febrio at a price of 5289.90 including labor, less 10~ disoount provided the Court present cash

of Lyle T. Doyle, owner of Hill Country Conatr action Company Lo paving of Starkey Men or Sohool
Road as per agreement on file, with e'gua rantee of maintenance without charge fora period of
two years from date of completion, covering any deterloratlon due to normal usage and condition
at a proposed bid of 52200.00, And 1t apps arlag to the Court Lhat auoh roadway would De 20 fee
wide and approximately 2700 feet long, including a Plate out et eeoh end, which would be a fair
and reasonable prioe.
Therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seo onded by Furr, end unanimously approved by th
Court that Lyle J. Doyle, owner of Aill Country Conatruotion Company, be authorized to pave set
Starkey Meaor School Road at the expense of Road & Bridge pre oinot No. 1, and that the County
Clerk be and is hereby direot ed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in the emo unt'of
52200.00, payable to said contractor out of R. & B, ~1 of %err County ea per said proposal file
