Sheriff of Barr County, Tex ea, to employ Al.t on 8nith, a Spe Dial Deputy Sheriff, during the per od
of July 1, 2, 3 end 4th at The Kerrville Jaycee Rodeo pe rfoimanoea. And it appearing to the
Court that Alton Smith, Special Deputy Sheriff, is now on a non-a glary beaie, and is available
to assist the Sheriff during this con3ested period, end that Four lbllars per diem would be
a very reasonable amount for such services.
Therefore by motion duly me de by Henry Eckstein, seconded by Powell, and unen imously
approved by the Court that Alton 3nith, be employed at Four Dollars per diem for the four days
as requested, end that the County Clerk draw voucher against the County Treasurer in the amoun
