Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, to employ Alton Stith, a Spe oial Deputy Sheriff, during the per
of July 1, 2, 3 and 4th at The Kerrville Jaycee Rodeo pe rfo ffi9aoea. And it apps er ing Lo the
Court that Alton Smith, Special Deputy Sheriff, is now on a non-salary basis, and 1s available
to assist the Shar iff during this congested period, and that Four Dollars per diem would be
a very reasonable amount for such services.
Therefore by motion duly me de by Henry Eckstein, aeoonded by Powell, end unanimously
approved by the Court that Altun 3nith, be employed at Four Dollars per diem for the Sour days
as requested, end that the County Clerk draw voucher against the County Treasurer in the amoua
of Siztean Dollars, payable to Alton Smith at such time said services are performed, same bein
pe sable out of the General Fund of Kerr County.
