Court that Alton Smith, Special Deputy Sheriff, is now on a non-salary basis, and Sa available
to assist the Sheriff during this conjested period, end that Four Dollars per diem would be
a very reasonable amount for such services.
Therefore by motion duly made by Henry Eckstein, seconded by pawell, and unanimously
approved by the Court that Alton 3o ith, be employed at Four Dollars per diem for the Sour days
as requested, and that the County Clerk draw voucher against the County Treasurer in the amoun
