report oP Virgil Storms, Justice of the peace of Precinct No. 1 of Kerr County, Texas, for
the month of May, 1949, of Criminal Cases filed, fine s, JudBaent end Jury feea collected,
shosing the sum of $159.05 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him
to a fee of $63.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct.
Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter, and unanimously approved
by the Court, and the County Clark 1e hereby authorized end directed to pay said fee of $G3.
to-wit: $42.00 out of the General Fund and $21.00 out of the Rued & Bridge Fund of Kerr
County to Virgil Storms.
