unanimously approved by the Court in all respects.

pearing to the Court that such claims and accounts should be approved. Therefore by motion
made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court, the County Clerk
be and is hereby directed to issue vouchers against the County Treasurer on Lhe General Fund
of Kerr County for the payment of said claims.

inclusive, es per Art. 7321, Revised Civil Statutes, 1925; and compiled according to Senate
13111 No. 407, Acts of 44th LeB Ssl at ure, Regular Seeaion. And it appearing to the Court that
Lillian S• Jones presented her bid of =294.75 for the expense of compiling such record.
Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Furr, and unanimously approved by
the Court that such report be approved and the sum of $294.75 be paid to Lillian S. Jones for
