Irvin Parks in the amount of ;3.00 for en old worn out lawn mower belonging to Barr County. '
And it appearing to the Court that said lawn mower Sa of no value ahd that Barr County would ba
benefited with ¢3.00.
The re lore by motion duly made by Eckstein, aeaonded by Molter, and unanimously approved by
the Court that Irvin parks take for hie own use the old lawn mower in question, and deposit thm
sum of 53.00 ih the General Fund oP gerr County.
